Abstract


Weifang Medical College has regarded graduates’ employment management as important work to do, and will further strengthen graduates’ employment management to effectively fulfill the administrative tasks, eliminate the negative attitude in the management of college, and effectively maintain graduates rights, to ensure that students after graduation can successfully find a stable and practical job. In recent years, Weifang Medical College, because of lack of information means to support this thing and its continuous expansion, which resulted in an increasing number of graduates, has to consume huge workload of employment information input and management work, especially at the peak of graduate signing contracts, and sends graduates’ employment information duly and accurately into the system, and carries out a statistical analysis. In order to meet this need, the college regards the computer information technology for the design policy and many years of experience as a guiding objective, and designs and implements Weifang Medical College Graduate Employment Information Management System for the graduates to provide a broader platform.This will divide overall graduates employment management information into employment program management, information management students, employment information management, user information monitoring, three-one help management, information exchange, contract termination school management, business approval, the school grade user management, and school information maintenance. Collaboration between the various modules together guarantees the completion of the Weifang Medical College graduates management system in all aspects of information management. This article first discusses the development background and research situation of the system, pointing out the main problem currently to be solved of the system. Then it has an in-depth analysis of the overall requirements of the system, a reasonable division of the system. and a detailed description of each module.Then it designs the system, describes the system of the core function modules mentioned in the implementation and the implementation process and shows the technology used in the implementation process. Then it studies the system’s overall implementation process, demonstrates the functional effect diagrams and activity diagrams to achieve, and publishes some of the features to achieve codes. Finally, it briefly summaries the system design process on the prospect of the system. This work is based on the specific characteristics of Weifang Medical College, according to software engineering design specifications, technical system using J2EE technology, and MVC design for multi-tier architecture design, implementing the separation of the data and view, and designing and developing the graduate employment information management system.Weifang medical school graduates employment information management system works as a service platform in the employment of college graduates, and the various functions meet platform graduates’ employment information management work requirements. The application of the system simplifies the work steps to improve work efficiency, makes the institute graduate employment information management work more convenient, and contributes significantly to the overall quality of teaching in Weifang Medical College.
