Abstract


The system of conductivity detection includes data collection, storage and processing. Among them, the data collection is the core of the system. It is the process to obtain the target information from one or more of the signals. Conductivity is a very important property. It can reflect the size of the conductive electrolyte. Therefore, it is important to study the conductivity. The design uses a four-electrode to get the conductivity, eliminating the parasitic capacitance and avoiding the polarization, so the accuracy is improved. With the development of computer and information, data acquisition has become a very important technology. The system involves the rate of sampling、resolution、accuracy、collection、and the anti-jamming and so on. The system discusses the process of the data collection. The sensor technology、signal processing technology and micro-computer technology constitute the basis of modern detecting techniques.This paper describes a solution of the data acquisition、the composition and properties, using MSP430F449 as the core controller. The collection consists of signal conditioning modules and data acquisition modules. Signal from the sensor must be filtered and amplified. It is sampled by the single-chip microcomputer. In the design, the reset circuit can make the hardware system more reliable. In order to meet the requirements, hardware uses the theory of the minimum-power with modular and open design. Data collected by real-time can be send to the computer’ s serial port. In the debugging, the system is essential to achieve the functions of the collection. The application software is exploited by C++ Builder. C + + Builder has a powerful、easy-to-use, simple operation and friendly interface features , it can meet the requirements of the system.
