Abstract


With the development of the economic, the progress of the epoch in culture and the improvement of the people’s living standard, it’s clearly recognized that the gardens’greening of the city is the main element for the improvement of the environment. It plays an important role in the economic development of the city. Tianjin, as the main economic center of the North in China, should take the lead in the construction of the“Green-environment”and make an excellent modal. Aimed at the Fifteen-programming and the goal of the modal environmental city, our government tables a proposal with a clangorous slogan that builds a garden city. Tianjin’s greening is far away to meet the standard of the goal, and still need to have a long way to solve the problems which exist in the construction. So the project of the greening’s construction will be frequently in the near coming durations.Nowadays, the investment to the gardens’greening is mainly from Tianjin government and the loan of the China Development Bank. Neither the amount nor the valid time to use can not meet the need of the greening’s construction. So it’s urgent to widen the channel of financing in order to solve the problem which is the source of the finance. Compared with the leading city in the financing revolution, such as Shanghai and Guangzhou, the financial exploration of Tianjin is just at the primary level, it needs to make a synthetically summary based on the advanced financial experiences of the domestic and overseas.At the present, the articles mainly searching for the ways of financial individually is very lack and the researches on these aspects are just started. In order to discuss the modal analysis of Tianjin’s greening’s construction more completely and deeply, this paper will present the proper way to find a feasible mode for the financing of Tianjin Gardens’Greening, via from the comparisons which the ways of the financing in domestic and overseas. The foundation is the theory of financing manner and the rationale of the infrastructure’s construction. The main carrier is Tianjin Environmental Investment and Construction Company.
