Abstract

Objective: to probe into both the regular pattern of morbidity and the distribution feature of complication of pregnancy, to find out a feasible measure of prophylaxis and treatment, and to decrease the case fatality of patients of complication of pregnancy.Method: all inpatients hospitalized in of complication of preg-nancy,from the First Hospital of Jilin University during January 1st 1999 to December 31th 2008 were divided into group A (hospitalized in the first five years) and group B (hospitalized last five years) according to the diagnostic criteria of complication of pregnancy. Items including species , morbidity ,treatment of complication of pregnancy were statistically recorded.Results: 1.There are 16 pregnancy women with cardiovascular diseases in the first 5 years.They are between 20 and 35. There are 66 pregnancy women with cardiovascular diseases in the last 5 years.They are between 19 and 42. 2. There are 6 pregnancy women with digestive diseases in the first 5 years.They are between 17 and 42. There are18 pregnancy women with digestive diseases in the last 5 years.They are between 20 and 26. 3. There are 1 pregnancy women with endocrine diseases in the first 5 years.She is 24.There are 25 pregnancy women with endocrine diseases in the last 5 years.They are between 20 and 41.4.There are 6 pregnancy women with respiratory diseases in the first 5 years.They are between 25 and 31. There are13 pregnancy women with respiratory diseases in the last 5 years.They are between 21 and 36.5.There are 16 pregnancy women with haematological diseases in the first 5 years.They are between 22 and 44. There are82 pregnancy women with haematological diseases in the last 5 years.They are between 20 and 40.6.There are 15 pregnancy women with urinary diseases in the first 5 years.They are between 20 and 28. There are 36 pregnancy women with urinary diseases in the last 5 years.They are between 20 and 40.7.Threr are only 2 pregnancy women with immunological diseases in the last 10 years.8.There are 4 pregnancy women with surgical diseases in the first 5 years.They are between 23 and 35. There are 7 pregnancy women with surgical diseases in the last 5 years.They are between 19 and 33.9.There are 38 pregnancy women with obstetrical diseases in the first 5 years.They are between 21 and 44. There are 103 pregnancy women with obstetrical diseases in the last 5 years.They are between 23 and 43.10.There are 454 pregnancy women with complication of pregnancy in our hospital in the last 10 years,102 in the first 5 years,352 in the last 5 years.Conclusions:1.there was some distribution and time differences in terms of the incidence of complication of pregnancy. Obstetrical disease is first in the first 5 years,but medical disease is first in the last 5 years.2.In the first 5 years, the first five kinds of illnesses were in orderly as uterine myoma, urinary diseases, ovary tumor,thrombocytopenia,cardiac arrhythmia 3. In the last 5 years, the first five kinds of illnesses were in orderly as uterine myoma, urinary diseases and anemia, congenital heart disease, essential hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia .4. From the comparition between the first 5 years and the last 5 years,we can get that:1) They are cardiovascular diseases , endocrine diseases, haematological dis-eases and obstetrical diseases whose incidence have risen.2) The incidence of congenital heart disease, essential hypertension, thromb- ocytopenia,urinary diseases,uterine myoma,ovary tumor has risen.5.We can also conclude that the pregnancy women complication of pregnancy are getting older and older.
