Abstract


Project of telecommunication station has high degree of technology integration, the difficulty of building construction and other characteristics, and this makes the implementation of the project with a greater risk and uncertainty. This paper studies the risk management of project of telecommunication station based on domestic and international project risk management theory , which hoping to provide a reference for China’s telecommunications business construction projects that through the introduction of science-based risk management to avoid the risk, or reduce the consequences of risk to a minimum as far as possible.The paper is divided into the following sections:First, with the combination of project of telecommunication station, the paper analysis feasibility and necessity for the project of telecommunication station of introducing risk management, and systematically discusses he basic theory and practice of risk management.Second, the paper studies the main sources of risk, of project of telecommunication station, focusing on major risk identification and recognition points, such as technical risk, financial risk, environmental risk and management risk.; using of project risk analysis method, the paper makes qualitative and quantitative analysis of the probability of occurrence of major risks and the possible severity of the consequences, focusing on expert evaluation and AHP in the use of risk management of project of telecommunication station ; based on analysis risk identification and assessment of project of telecommunication station, the paper research the risk control, focus on risk response plans and the whole process of project risk monitoring system construction of project of telecommunication station.Finally, combining the practice of project of YunQiao-Road IDC room building construction of Shanghai Mobile, the paper explores the specific application of risk management on project of telecommunication station from the micro-level perspective.The paper introduces of risk management for project management of telecommunication station, initially builds up a risk management system for project of telecommunication station through theoretical research and empirical analysis, and provides the reference for specific project risk management study.
