Abstract


The management system of bank credit is a large information management system collecting the bank’s all credit operations. It is based on the business needs of bank credit and asset risk management, combining with environment designing of modern computer hardware and software. The system obtains prospective operation, open applications and simple routine maintenance in the same time. It provides a set of comprehensive and complete automatic office means for all levels of managers and credit business personnel. Its development and application will bring new changes to the whole credit management and improve the effectiveness of credit management.This article finishes the main analysis work of system needs and also analyses the technology needs. The system is the application program using myeclipse, Java language and ibatis package. It is convenient for data base’s quick development and could be used by windows and aix. The data base used is db2 data base and system development is obtained. This paper completed the survey and obtained results by the combination of methods and observation.This paper completed the main work of system functional design. It adopted the object oriented analysis and design methods for the actual needs of bank credit, introduced the workflow technology to facilitate the credit approval and designed the information management system of bank credit with the normative object-oriented process.Focused on customer management and centralized in credit risk management, the system met the needs of credit intensive operation and standardized management. Also the system will conduct integrated management to the business flow and information flow of the bank credit. The application of the system will cover several departments. This system controls and manages a variety of loans, including customer management, business management, interest management, general management, report management and system management. Each functional module is closely interlinked so as to be effective, simple and practical.The design and implementation of the bank credit management system presented in this paper have been practiced in Commercial Bank and received a satisfactory evaluation.
