Abstract


Under the background of the global industrial structure from the "industrial-based economy" to "service economy", it is very necessary to capture changes in the price level of service. And banking services as part of the main body of the modern financial industry is the hub of economic operation. Banking producer price index reflects the different periods of banking and financial services trends and changes in the price level increases, it is a very big help for the study of the current banking fees or countries to develop appropriate policies.Based on this research, we can strengthen and promote the theoretical studies of PPI, expanding the scope and the depth of PPI index; rich the causes of inflation theory and the idea of increasing inflation and path analysis; Deepen and enrich the national accounts theory, providing a reference recommendations for reducing the estimation error; Regulatory system promote scientific research on bank charges, the rich diversity of the regulatory tools to provide a new selectivity. Results of the study has a strong comprehensive and realistic, Not only the issue of banking fees, but also can provide quantitative regulation of thinking, so that it has important practical significance to promote and improve the PPI index system, the expansion of PPI index covering the industry, to enhance the PPI index of scientific and practical. Supplying the basic national accounts data, excluding the price factor in the banking sector, improving the accuracy of national accounts; providing the basis analysis of the inflation causes, build the inflation analysis to path; giving quantitative indicators of banking supervision fees, it is also useful for scientific and quantify regulatory.This article first study international programming of the service producer price index, in order to build a general framework for the banking industry SPPI class. Secondly, this article carried out in-depth study of banking sector price index of India and Canada. With the preparation in the international experience and domestic banks on the basis of existing services, it has the establishment of the China Banking SPPI program and provides the possible problems for the first study to reference. This paper is divided into four chapters, as follows:ChapterⅠOutlines. This chapter provides an overview of services producer price indices (SPPI) and the concepts of banking SPPI basic; and focused on the significance of the SPPI, review foreign academics about SPPI. Through comparing Chinese research status of SPPI, we proved this essay had a theoretical valueChapterⅡThe theory and methods about compiling banking SPPI. This chapter describes the general approach of SPPI, on the basis, a detailed analysis of the banking industry at all stages, defined the main work and methods at all stages of banking SPPI; describes the various methods of calculation and the equation.ChapterⅢForeign practice on the producer price index of banking financial intermediary services. This chapter under the international establishment of SPPI general programmers, study India and Canada banking SPPI, summarized better compiled SPPI experience; to provide reference for the establishment of China Banking SPPI.ChapterⅣBanking SPPI compiled framework and basis in China. This chapter first on Chinese banking carding select commercial banks as a blueprint; discusses financial intermediary service of commercial banks. Finally, summing up China’s existing survey system, we discovered some services in China have the base to survey SPPI.Preparation of bank service producer price index requires a lot of research and investigation, not only complete mature theoretical framework, but also the implementation of specific environments and conditions. Just as the domestic banking sector producer price index has started, this article prepared in accordance with internationally accepted SPPI program, combined with the actual situation in China, to explore the nature of the producer price index of China’s banking sector analysis and research. There are two innovations:First, summarizes the preparation of international banking services more mature research in the two countries; the second is the reality of the domestic preparation of SPPI survey made on the basis of international experience combined with the establishment of the China Banking SPPI approximate the program. However, due to lack of real domestic base data and the author’s poor experience, this article is not prepared for the actual preparation producer price index for China’s banking sector. These needs through continuous research, find the most appropriate data source to replace the missing data, and finally the formation of a unified standard.
