Abstract

Society and the law is a pair of interactive gear, when the community needs to address a contradiction, as the instruments of rule by law will naturally respond to. Late Northern Dynasties era, is a divided country in the history of China, social unrest, there has been such a diverse political situation in the era of the legal development of new signs. It should be said, this is the law to adapt to the needs of the community the results. But the law can solve social problems, but also by the constraints of other factors. Legislative activities in the Eastern Wei, Western Wei, Northern Qi, Northern Zhou, and even the Sui Dynasty, the whole on the basis of their social situation, but the results are not the same.
