Objective: Observation Insulin pump therapy and simple joint hypoglycemic agents in type 2 diabetes about insulin pump therapy efficacy and safety. Assessment the role of hypoglycemic agents on insulin pump therapy .Methods: 1009 patients with type 2 diabetes, we matched accord to the level of glycated hemoglobin, duration, age, sex, selected two groups of patients receiving insulin pump therapy combined hypoglycemic agents (Joint strength group) and insulin pump therapy alone (simply strengthen the group). According to two groups of blood glucose rate, blood sugar fluctuations, the incidence of hypoglycemia and required inslin for blood glucose, to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. And to strengthen the group was divided into separate joint combined with Metformin group (A group), a separate joint Acarbose group (B group), and both combined with Metformin and Acarbose or Rosiglitazone group (C group), respectively The four indicators were selected by matching patients and strengthen the Group adopted with a simple comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect. Results: 1, joint strength group compared with the simple effect of strengthening group:(1) Joint strength group have a higer standard rate of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: 60.2% vs 55.1% (P> 0.05).(2) Joint strength group have a lower fluctuations of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: R: 5.01±2.29mmol / L vs 5.74±2.81mmol / L (P<0.05). SD:2.1±0.96 mmol/L vs 2.7±0.96mmol/L (P<0.05)。(3) Joint strength group have a lower incidence of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: 10.8% vs 17.3% (P> 0.05). (4) Joint strength group need a lower insulin to achieve the desired dose of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen Joint.: 46.31±13.23mmol / L vs 49.09±15.56mmol / L (P< 0.016).2, A group compared with the simple effect of strengthening group: (1) A group have a higer standard rate of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: 54.4% vs 48.7% (P> 0.05). (2) A group have a lower fluctuations of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: 5.25±2.27mmol / L vs 5.82±2.89mmol / L (P <0.05). (3) A group have a lower incidence of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: 8.1% vs 13.0% (P <0.05). (4) A group need a lower insulin to achieve the desired dose of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen Joint: 45.79±12.74mmol / L vs 51.93±16.84mmol / L (P <0.05).3, B group compared with the simple effect of strengthening group: (1) B group have a higer standard rate of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: 60.0% vs 53.3% (P> 0.05). (2) B group have a lower fluctuations of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: 5.00±2.05mmol / L vs 6.00±1.59mmol / L (P> 0.05). (3) B group have a lower incidence of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: 13.3% vs 26.6% (P> 0.05). (4) B group need a lower insulin to achieve the desired dose of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen Joint: 49.45±13.34mmol / L vs 50.31±18.01mmol / L (P <0.05).4, C group compared with the simple effect of strengthening group: (1) C group have a higer standard rate of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: 71.4% vs57.1% (P> 0.05). (2) C group have a lower fluctuations of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen: 5.16±2.71mmol / L vs 5.32±2.64mmol / L (P <0.05). (3) no difference between the two groups of low blood sugar: 4.7% vs 4.7% (P> 0.05). (4) C groups need a lower insulin to achieve the desired dose of the blood glucose compared to the strengthen Joint: 50.91±17.78mmol / L vs 57.11±23.10mmol / L (P <0.05).Conclusion: The combined strength group have a lower fluctuations 0f blood glucose compared with the strength , can save the insulin . and have the trend to have the small incidence of low blood sugar.
