Abstract


The financing of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMES) is a worldwide problem.For quite a long time,although small and medium-sized enterprises have playde an important role in employment and ecnomic growth in China,the finance which they are acquiring in deficient.The financing difficulty has become the biggest bottle-neck which severely impedes the further devleopment of small and medium-sized enterprises.In another hand, the environment changes of foreign and domestic, the global financial crisis of 2008,impeded the export of small and medium-sized enterprises.To reach the target of economic growth up to 8%,our government put great amount credit in State-owned enterprises and the construction of infrastructure, the small and medium-sized enterprises have been treated unequally.In the Post-crisis era,our courty have been confronting with the phenomenon of high price,funds excess liquidity,because of the surplus of credit.In order to control this situation,our coutry adopted a tight monetary policy.Up to now, the deposit reserve ratio have been heightened 12 times,the deposit reserve rate,ofmedium-sized financial institutions has reached a high of 21.5%. According to estimates, reserve by 0.5 percentage points to the freezing of bank funds of approximately 3,600 billion to 3,800 billion yuan (RMB).So, SME financing will increase the difficulty and cost.Many SMEs reflects the current financing is evenmore difficult than the 2008 financial crisis.This paper is based on the current status of SME financing,and a large number of domestic and foreign literature, use of the theory of financing of SMEs fullly, to point out that the crux of the current financing of SMEs in China. This paper combined with the advanced experience of foreign financing of SMEs to explore three ways to solve the problem from the government, financial reform and companies. The starting point is actively expand the financing channels for SMEs to improve the quality of their own business.Government policy support is solid backing, financial reform is the key.This total is divided into six parts.Firstly I introduce the background and significance of the topics, review overview of SMEs finance literature, I identified research purposes, methods and meaning. secondly., I review the theory of corporate finance again. The third section is the important part of this paper, I introduce and analysis present situation an reasons of SMEs in our country,combined with the financial enviorment of now, from four aspects to research dilemma of SMEs. Section four is case studies. At last,i explore new financing modeland put forward the suggestion,starting from the enterprise’s own SMEs, government and companiesand financial reform must be coordinated with each other.
