Abstract


Along with the improving of people’s living standard and the coming of senile society as well as the change of people’s views on health and medical mode,the concept of health doesn’t simply mean on illness or weakness any more, whereas it means the perfect state of body,mental and social activities of people. The medical mode is change from the simple“biomedicine”to“bio-psycho-social-natural”mode. Based on the characteristics of holitic medicine, Liuzijue may adapt the requirement of the old’ lives and living qualities better if we can make use of it to prevent and treat diseases and health care . the estimate of living qualities conforms this trend and now has become an important means and estimating method on the reseach of senile medicine .In theoritical reaseaches . Dissertation has made a brief study about Qigong and done a introduction about Liuzijue and QOL ,and has summarized the present study of Liuzijue,and consider it is feasible, necessary, and pressing to use QOL to estimate the person who have exercised Liuzijue.In the living qulities reaserches. There are 62 research objects who are recruited from the old college and communities,all of them were divided two groups . there are 31 in one group named the comparison group(the first group) and 31 in another group named experimentation group(the second group). Meanwhile, all of them conform the following characteristics, such as independent living state, normal mental state, clear conscientiousness, no physiological disfigurement and svere diseases such as cancers, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes etc. they should have the ability to do normal physical activities.Compare the living qualities among the old people of the two group before the exeriment,use ANOV, P>0.05 except the aspect of physical functioning(PF), which means the first group is better than the second group on the aspect , meanwhile, there are on different between the other seven aspcts, that is to say, the two group basic condition are basically the same. The second group took part in the study of Liuzijue and mastered the exercise of Liuzijue . after the training, their techniques were all standardized and show them the specific requirements. 1or2 times aday,altogether 30 minutes and keep on 3 months. Compred separately the eight aspects of the second group before and after the experiment and acknowledged its changing trend ,the result has show that P<0.05 , the increasing of the marks of the living qulities has statistical of the old.At last, the research show that Luzijue can prevent and treat senile diseases effectively,especially to insomnia.
