Abstract


The advent of the knowledge-based economy and postgraduate large-scale Expansion to people’s attention more attention to graduate this group. However schools sustained substantial resources had not kept pace with the pace of increased enrollment, the quality of graduate education has caused a certain degree of influence. The lack of sports resources and the large numbers of postgraduate sports demand gradually prominent contradictions, then graduate to the health problems highlighted. Creation of graduate physical education in schools is extremely rare, when people hoping this new form of sports associations to meet the needs of the broad masses of postgraduate sports.Through literature, the survey method, logic analysis, research methods on the "existing in the sports community, how to exist, there is now what? Whether postgraduate sports meet demand? Should we?" On issues such as Dalian City 10 College Graduate Sports Associations conduct surveys and research. The results show that: Dalian City Sports Associations graduate development has lagged behind, is still in just the initial stage, many problems to be solved. Several main issue is: Associations flawed management system; the input of funds and lack of hardware support; the lack of experienced managers and professional guidance; regulations and the lack of proper incentive and restraint mechanisms; Sports Associations inheritance and development There are not enough legal and security among the elite club activities grade level needs to be raised, and so on. Address these issues and the successful experience of other societies, to graduate with their own characteristics have constructed a graduate of the Sports Associations mode characteristics, I believe that with the concern of the community and the schools attention, and graduate Sports Associations will be gradually on track.
