Abstract

Analysis of the reasons for this situation : the existing law education deviation; commodity economy is underdeveloped; market economy is sound; China’s traditional culture; EASY life and legal factors and other factors affecting the students themselves. That reality is not consistent with law and the actual needs, not advance the process of building a harmonious society.
