Abstract


In our country, the basic education has been innovating in nowadays, especially concerned the fields of educational concept, educational content, curriculum reform, educational ways, teaching methods, educational evaluation system, exam system, and so on.Why can’t the educational condition be improved while the quality education has been put forward as our country’s policy already? Of course, there are so many reasons existing in educational system, also in the society and from teachers and parents. But as a parent, directly from my son, I found so many problems on the teachers. So I think, Chinese education will boost Chinese’quality only if the teachers’quality is developed.As a common parent, from my son’s study life, through the research methods of case law and document act, I have observed and pondered that the teachers’quality can deeply influence the development of Chinese quality education and analyze the reasons of teachers’unsatisfied quality, I also put forward the measures of improving the teachers’quality. The article divides four parts:The reface part includes three aspects:The first of it puts forward that there are some problems existing on the teachers. According to my son’s study experience and the social reports about the education, I put forward that teachers’quality is one of the reasons that restrict the development of Chinese educational innovation.The second of it is the document reference. It defines the conception of general quality and the teachers’quality. Referencing the veritable meanings of the teachers’quality.The third of it is the research methods of this essay. They are case law and document act.The first part extends the teachers’problems from the parent’s observation. This part is the main body. Ten scenes are focused on , analyzed and discussed. The scenes concern two aspects: one is teachers’modern educational idea, the other is teachers’ professional quality ,. They all have problems.The second part analyzes the reasons that cause the status of teacher’s poor quality from objective aspect and subjective aspect.The third part puts forward the measures of how to boost the teachers’quality from teachers’education, post-work training, school system and the social evaluation. I hope, my research may give hands to mend the status of the teachers’quality and quicken the innovation and development of our country’s education.
