With the capability-based requirements development approach becoming a focusing research in requirements engineering, capability-based requirements development approach of Intelligence and Reconnaissance System become a focusing research too, "capacity" plays an important role in the process of capability-based requirements development of Intelligence and Reconnaissance System. For this, this paper presents Capability Modeling and Capability Relationship Analysis of Intelligence and Reconnaissance System. For this problem, this paper studies the followings:(1) Analysis of capabilities framework and research ideas about Intelligence and Reconnaissance SystemFirst, define the basic concepts of Intelligence and Reconnaissance System and system capacity; then, analyze the capability constitute of Intelligence and Reconnaissance System from the service object, process, technology, establish the capability framework of Intelligence and Reconnaissance System; then, combine the research background of requirement development capability-based, describe requirement of the content of this paper. Describe research ideas from two aspects of capability modeling and capability relationship analysis; Finally, give the formal definition of the capability model.(2) Capability modeling of Intelligence and Reconnaissance SystemProposing to build capability model of Intelligence and Reconnaissance System based on Level Analysis and Modeling Method of Capability. Level Analysis and Modeling Method of Capability was first introduced. Then, according to the capability features of Intelligence and Reconnaissance System, give a new definition of the syntax and semantics for Level Analysis and Modeling Method of Capability, research the num rules of Level Analysis and Modeling Method of Capability. Finally, model capability of Intelligence and Reconnaissance System based on Level Analysis and Modeling Method of Capability, verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.(3) Capability relationship analysisThrough analysis of the influence relationship between vertical and horizontal, aim to obtain the relative importance between capabilities, by weighting algorithm, to obtain important indicators of ability. Establish basis for limited resources on the key capability on the construction of Intelligence and Reconnaissance System. Using AHP method to analyze the vertical impact relationship, useing gray correlation analysis method to analyze the horizontal impact relationship. Respectively, AHP method and gray correlation analysis method have been described, gives the process of relationship analysis from vertical and horizontal. Finally, an important degree of capacity calculation methods. (4) Case verificationFirstly, describes the background and application research of case. Then, build model of system capability by analysis of case, combine capability model, analyze the bottom capability from respect of vertical and horizontal, access capacity importance by calculate result, according to capability importance, obtain the development sequence of bottom capability. By this case, demonstrating the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
