Abstract


Along with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,manufacturing has developing towards automated、intelligent、integrated and network.As a powerful tool,CAD/CAM technology can enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry,which plays important roles in shortening market cycle,improving product quality,reducing cost,etc.While,mold industry is an important foundation industry among the national economy,and mold enterprises belong to Design-to-order manufacturing enterprises.So it has very important significance for integrating mold design and manufacture with CAD/CAM technology and developing a Web-based CAD/CAM system.As a common mould,punch die has simple structure mould,which is easy designed and wide application.Therefore,this paper,based on the punching mould CAD/CAM system for example,study the construction of punching mould CAD/CAM system,and successfully develop the network environmental punching mould CAD/CAM system.The concrete research contents are as follows:Firstly, according to the demand of network environment of punching die system,we use Unified Modeling Language(UML) for modeling analysis,and divide function modules system of modules(such as system registry,die design,CNC code production,etc.),then detailed analyze of the function of each module.Based on these, we choose the three-tier B/S framework and.NET as system architecture and technology model,at the same time we complete the system configuration.We design client-side and server-side of system through the ASP.NET technology,and operate the database through the corresponding ADO.NET technology,and develop each component of server-side through COM/COM technology under the C#.NET language environment.In the specific design,System use Visual studio 2005.NET tool as development platform,and component design System Web interface and the server-side through combining theC#.NET and HTML language in the ASP.NET environment.At the same time,we logical design database under the data model supported by SQL Server,and analyze database system through the SQL Server 2000 software,then complete the physical,conceptual and logical design. Finally,this article introduces the specific function and utilization of system using an example of blanked parts CAD/CAM system.
