Abstract


Recently, the authorities in Hunan construction of the new rural economy are trying to make the land circulate in different degree and different ways。the practice demostrates that all sorts of fashions of land circulation can not only avoid risk but also can improve the efficiency of resource, even more it can take advantage to form operational scale. Hunan rural land forms, and to keep the large-scale, intensive and cost-effective direction, to effectively address the changes caused by land rural Hunan to adjust demand to improve the land transfer environment, enhance the productivity of land in Hunan。But there are many prombles that have to resolve, these prombles impede the land circulation to proceed seriously. Therefore, the need to strengthen the guide and regulate on hunan rural land circulation.This combination of the hunan rural land flow of history, through investigation and analysis of the land, To hunan in the new rural construction of the land so there is not reasonable to this factor, And the hunan in the new rural construction of the land proper flow feasibility measures.
