Abstract


Quality is the core of education and key , in the quality of higher education is the introduction of market mechanisms and gradually perfect the socialist market economic system, the inevitable result is the quality of higher education development of the objective requirements. Market regulation mechanisms for quality of higher education including supply and demand mechanism , price mechanisms and competition, three aspects . Supply and demand mechanism for the regulation of the quality of higher education performance updates Higher Education Quality ; promote college qualified to provide quality educational products ; optimize the allocation of resources of higher education . Quality assurance in higher education in the effective operation of the supply and demand mechanism , should pay attention to school effectiveness , reasonably determine the pace of development ; optimize the professional structure ; adapt to industrial restructuring, to maintain an appropriate scale . Price mechanism for the regulation of the quality of higher education performance balance between supply and demand of higher education ; promote college reduce operating cost , improve the quality of education to promote the university . Effective operation of the quality assurance of the price mechanism , the government should implement a proactive program interventions , college students should improve the security system , society should foster education market system. Competitive mechanism for the regulation of quality of higher education colleges and universities to improve the performance of the management level to promote ; attention to quality competition ; actively innovate. Effective operation of the quality assurance in the competition mechanism should cultivate the main competition to break the monopoly of Education ; expand student choice , creating a buyer's market ; deepen stimulating, guiding the school orderly competition .
