Abstract


The fundamental old-age insurance plays an important role in social security system. The fundamental old-age insurance system is closely related with a country’s political, economical stability and development. The security and integrity of the fund of the fundamental old-age insurance have direct influences on the immediate interests of the vast numbers of insurants and social stability.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the fund supervision of the fundamental old-age insurance, the thesis analyzes in greater detail the current state of the fund supervision of our country’s fundamental old-age insurance from such factors as the administrative supervision system, mode of supervision and the means of supervision. It also gives a comprehensive evaluation on the current state of the fund supervision of our country’s fundamental old-age insurance. Suggestion and countermeasure are proposed in view of the current situation and existing problems in the fund supervision system of our country’s fundamental old-age insurance. The suggestion and countermeasure are given from the following three aspects: the supervising organization system, law on supervision and the regulation system and technical support system for the supervision.
