Abstract


On January 1, 2005, the textile quota was canceled on the fixed day, and our country’s textile clothing exportation will face the unprecedented opportunity and the challenge. After the quota cancellation, Chinese textile apparel industry in international market will have the new change both in the macroscopic environment and the microscopic operation environment. However, we should realize it clearly that the global textile quota’s cancellation doesn’t mean the exportation of our country’s textile clothing is completely allowed to pass although it is advantage in improving our country’s exportation market environment, the various traditional import limit measures of different countries are still valid, some new trade barriers will also emerge one after another incessantly in the latter quota time.Based on the above understanding, firstly this article has analyzed Chinese textile clothing exportation’s present situation and the main questions in the after quota era, pondering in our country’s textile clothing exportation law system lacking, as well as the model foundation of typical developing nation’s textile clothing exportation experience. Finally I put forward some shallow proposals from the legal angle on the corresponding solution measure: I hope it can benefit our country’s textile clothing exportation law system consummation.
