Abstract


Content : The swift and violent development of tourism calls for professional talents of high quality. However, the present status for talents trained by the tourist colleges or universities and the need of tourist enterprises are displaced with each other. In that case, on the one hand, a large number of tourist graduates swarm into the market; on the other hand, the tourist enterprises cry for the talents. Therefore, the tourist colleges or universities’participation in the training of tourist enterprises is of great significance. First of all, it is very meaningful for pedagogic pullulation and scientific research. Secondly, it can help to solve the problem of training for talents needed by the tourist enterprises. We can look into the present status of domestic and foreign tourist education and training in length and breadth. From that we can find the training of tourist enterprises has formed a completely fixed, multi-formed, and intercrossed network. The most valuable experience that we should use for reference is that colleges and universities should establish a very steady cooperation relationship so that they can make use of their advantages, and accelerate the development of tourist education, research, and training. The cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the only way for talents’training. Thus, tourist colleges or universities should participate in the training of tourist enterprises. As we all know, the limitation of enterprises’training and present training system of the enterprises is not beneficial for“team work”. To intensify the“common will”makes it necessary and feasible for the tourist colleges or universities to participate in the training of tourist enterprises. The successful experience abroad and domestic precedents, professional teaching staff as well as tourist enterprises’vigorous cooperation make it feasible for the tourist colleges or universities to participate in the training of tourist enterprises. During the course for the participation, we should base on the condition that the two sides both draft the training scheme, meanwhile, we should set a goal for sustainable development for tourism, and we must focus on the guide of tourism development tendency and the development program of staffs. We can set up an interactive organizing system of tourist colleges or universities and tourist enterprises, a training system that tourist colleges or universities can participate in and study organization for them to participate in the training by renovating the mind and change the mind.
