Presently, mid- and small-scale enterprise becomes one of most active strengths in national economy development. In Hunan economical and social development system, massive mid- and small-scale enterprises are acting the pivotal roles, have become the engine and the propeller of Hunan economy. At the same time, huge profit pressure will urge various banks to have to face up with mid-and small-scale enterprises, develop the latent small customer, as new profit increasing.China constructing bank Hunan branch follow out chief bank’s manage stratagem of developing the mid- and small-scale enterprises customers, instructing all manage institutions improving finance service of mid- and small-scale enterprises . On the one hand is fund demands of mid- and small-scale enterprise, on the other hand is that at the background of as credit risk weigh, how constructing bank sustain mid- and small-scale enterprises’s finance. This will have important meaning to developing of mid- and small-scale enterprises and constructing developing.This article research attempts from view of foundation of summarizing the mid-and small-scale enterprises finance sustain investigate in the mess. At first, analyze actuality of mid- and small-scale enterprises ’ capital demanding and financing, taking apart the financing mess of mid- and small-scale enterprises and all influence ingredients. Afterwards, I combine overall status and developing complexion of Hunan constructing bank mid- and small-scale enterprises and discuss the necessary and standard of developing mid- and small-scale enterprises, select objective clients using data analyze method, at the same time, analyze overall venture and various industries venture of financing operation of mid- and small-scale enterprises. I bring forward risk controlling strategies to mid- and small-scale enterprises financing sustain.
