Abstract


In the knowledged-based economy age, human resource had become the most important resource. Whether high and new technology can get advanced position, depends on knowledge works. Therefore, how to attract talents, retain staff, promote their creativity and enthusiasm has become a fatal factor for enterprises’ survival. Establishing scientific and effective motivation mechanism to stimulate knowledge works’ creativity and enthusiasm has become an urgent problem for high and new technology enterprises.In this paper, the backgroud,meaning and the present research situation about the motivation of the knowledge employee in high and new technology enterprises are explained firstly. Based on the motivation theories, the characters of the knowledge employee in high and new technology enterprises are analyzed to point out the existent problems. Ely analyzing the Chinese knowledge workers’ motivators and making comparisons and integrations on them,get the most important incentive factors.According to the principles for the design of motivation mechanism, the incentive mechanism model and the blue print and the whole structure are constructed.The structure contain three part-guaranteesystem,inhesion systen,external system-they form the motivating system together.At last, according to the incentive model joining together the actual circumstance of an high technology enterprise, aiming at the concrete promble that it has ,designing a whole set incentive of knowledge workers.The paper can be look as reference for high and new technology enterprises to settle deficiencies in the motivation works,in theory and practice.
