Abstract


The county economy is a basic component unit and an important foundation of the national economy, the development of county economy have very important function in promoting the economics development and escalating economic competitiveness. The 16th CPC National Congress proposed to "strengthen the county economy." the research of the development of county economy has important significance in comprehensively carry forword the building of the well-off society.Being adjacent to Guiyang, Qianxi county, as the east gate of experimental region of devlopment and helping the poor, environmental construction in Bijie prefecture, has a very good location advantage. There are rich resources of agriculture, mining, energy, tourism, culture. However, restricted by many kinds of factors, these advantages have not been full play. At present, the problems of county economy development include: the gross economy is not big enough, the level of agricultural industrialization is low, the industrial economy strength is not strong, low level of urbanization, the tourism industry is in initial stage, and the level of technology needs to be raised. How to fully make the most of the advantage and realize the great-leap-forward development of economy is the significant historical task of cadres and masses in new period. This paper had an emphasis on the county economy of Qianxi, base on the comprehensive analysis of the history and present situation of economic development, domestic and foreign environments factors of economic development, strengths and weaknesses, the effect of entering WTO and implementation of West Development Strategy.According to the association of county economy, regional economy, and national economy development , combined the economic development target of Qianxi, this article offers some proposals: stability the county development with agricultural, enhancing the county development with industry economy, bring along the county development with city construction, living the county development with tourism, invigorating the county through science and education. Qianxi county economic development strategy study theory for the Qianxi county economic development had useful to explore the economic and social development in Qianxi county, the decision-making, planning, and other reference, but also in other counties of Bijie area and western region economic development of the draw.
