Abstract

Objective: Cholecystolithiasis is the most common benign disease and colorectal cancer is the most common malignant tumor in digestive system, cholecystectomy is the most effective methods for cholecytolithiasis. This article is to review the correlation between cholecystectomy, cholecystolithiasis and colorectal carcinoma by the analysis of case-control.Methods: Select 536 colorectal patients as same case group and 592 gastric cancer patients as control group from Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University in January 2008 to January 2011,adopting a chi-square test statistically to analyze cholecystolithiasis, cholecystectomy whether to increase the incidence of colorectal cancer. Results: the results from the chi-square statistics analysis between the same case group and the control group in the cholecystectomy and cholecystolithiasis shows that:①The 2×3 chi-square test of gallbladder disease group inspection results show: the same case group and the control group have obvious difference (X2=33.325,P<0.05), shows that cholecystectomy, cholecystolithiasis increase the incidence of colorectal cancer. In the gender group, female has obvious difference (X2=29.188, P < 0.05), suggest in female group cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy are correlation with colorectal cancer ; it is also has difference in male group (X2=8.182, P<0.05), suggest that in male group cholecystolithiasis and cholecystectomy also have certain correlation with colorectal cancer.②The 2×2 chi-square test of cholecystolithiasis group inspection results show: the same case group and the control group have obvious difference (X2=29.229,P<0.05,OR=3.190,95%CI interval2.057-4.948),show cholecystolithiasis has obvious correlation with colorectal carcinoma incidence. In the gender group, female has obvious difference (X2=24.904, P<0.05,OR=4.065,95%CI interval 2.267-7.290), suggest in female group cholecystolithiasis are correlation with colorectal cancer ,it is also has difference in male group (X2=7.518,P<0.05,OR=2.481,95%CI interval 1.273-4.836).③The 2×2 chi-square test of cholecystectomy group inspection results show: the same case group and the control group have no difference(X2=3.407,P >0.05,OR=2.122,95%CI interval 0.938-4.801), suggest cholecystectomy and colorectal cancer incidence has no significant correlation. In the gender group, female has no difference (X2=3.331,P> 0.05, OR=2.653, 95% CI interval 0.895-7.863); it is also has no difference in male group (X2=0.659,P>0.05,OR=1.663,95%CI interval 0.481-5.744).④colorectal cancer associated with cholecystectectomy or Cholecystolithiasis and tumor anatomic site and gender comparison group ,compared the different parts of Cholecystolithiasis in colorectal cancer with the overall incidence of Cholecystolithiasis,There was no significant (X2= 2.672, P = 0.445>0.05). the Cholecystolithiasis in the right colorectal cancer of Female was no significant difference (X2=0.386,P=0.534>0.05) in the incidence of disease than men with the same condition.have no significant difference (X2=0.386,P=0.534>0.05) in the incidence of the overall(.X2=0.088,P=0.879>0.05)There is significantly differece compared with the control group (X2=15.852, P<0.05) that is to say there is no significant difference in the site and gender. Overall, according to statistical analysis results we can see: there is a significant disparation in cholecystectomy、cholecystolithiasis and the incidence of colorectal carcinoma, the correlation in gender grouping is verified; The cholecystectomy group inspection results show no significant disparation between the case group and the control group,And in the gender group there is no correlation; The cholecystolithiasis group inspection results show obvious difference between the same case group and the control group and in the gender group shows the same.Colorectal cancer incidence rates in gender and tumor location is no significant differences. Conclusion: Cholecystolithiasis and colorectal cancer has a clear correlation. cholecystectomy is not the risk factor for the incidence of colorectal cancer, Colorectal cancer incidence rates in gender and tumor location is no significant differences.
