Abstract


Since reform and opening , the rapid development of Chinese real estate industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy . With China's sustained and rapid growth, the real estate market continue to strengthen macro-control efforts , China's real estate market continues to promote rapid and healthy development . Outstanding real estate development enterprises have proposed inter-regional development strategies . To achieve strategic objectives , rational analysis of decision-making is necessary. Real estate investment environment is the ability to influence all aspects of real estate investment factors combined. New investment in the Chinese system, the real estate investment decisions and scientific rationality has been a general trend, the real estate investment environment, research has become a large enterprise must check the contents before investing , real estate investment environment research study has a dual function : on the one hand to provide investors scientific basis for investment decisions ; hand is owned by the region to strengthen its ability to attract investment advice . This paper focuses on the development of inter-regional real estate development companies are facing external market environment comprehensive evaluation studies, to establish a workable real estate market investment environment evaluation theoretical model to compensate for lack of theoretical research left for corporate decision-making theory support , to avoid the blindness of investment . This article is from the perspective of investors , real estate investment environment for the study , its systematic analysis and evaluation . Firstly, the investment environment of real estate investment environment related concepts and theories and methods of evaluation were defined and a brief introduction , and from the estate to its own characteristics , analyzes the evaluation of real estate investment environment necessity . On this basis , for the evaluation of the real estate investment environment must be the first step in analysis , that the environmental impact of China's real estate investment analysis elements ; second step is evaluation of real estate investment environment to establish a certain amount of analysis begins ; first introduced the three-step investment environment evaluation of specific methods , select AHP method to improve the investment environment as a prototype evaluation method proposed applied to the real estate investment environment evaluation. Finally, in Xi'an , for example, real estate investment climate index system case studies, the use of the above evaluation method gave a more detailed diagnostic interpretation .
