Abstract


Capitalist globalization , economic growth has become the most important task of national governments . However, we also see that the post-war decades , many countries, especially developing countries in rapid economic growth at the same time , the various crises also continue to highlight , for example, resource depletion , environmental pollution, social contradictions of the bubble economy , the financial crisis , inflation , and so on. The face of new problems emerging in the social and economic practice , the traditional economic theory is helpless even deliberately avoided . The contradictions in the socio - economic practice is often derived from the theoretically fallacious . Therefore , this article seeks to Tracing the Source of economic theory , to seek the root causes of the theoretical fallacy , and to be corrected in order to establish a more rational system of economics . This paper argues that traditional economic theory has confused the concept of the capital and value . This conceptual confusion has led to economic growth in each country largely becomes a capital appreciation of the numbers game , the final out of the value itself . This is the economic practice in many ills lies at the root . This paper first gives a clear definition of value , the value of the character and nature of the concept of objective value and subjective value , and that the subjective value can guide the rational use of cultural leverage is not only conducive to the healthy development of the national economy is also beneficial to the national advantage in international trade . This article also uses the speculative value of the logical reasoning skillfully separated from the vague subjective value , which explained from the perspective of the value of the bubble economy and other economic phenomena can not be explained by the traditional economics . The final in-depth analysis of the ills of the capitalist economic theory and practice of system calls for the establishment of a value as the core of the new economic system , to avoid economic practice misled by capital appreciation .
