Abstract


Agent Construction Management Mode is a product of in-depth reform the management mode of government investment projects, which has changed the tranditional management pattern, professional management is introduced into it, and greatly improved level of project management. Nowdays, Agent Construction Management is still in an early stage of development, the mechanism and institution conscerned of which are under perfect. On the basis of above, the paper tries to find the root of the risk by analyzing the risk of agent construction project, then the countermeasurers of risk managemnt on agent construction management are proposed, which definitly help the risk management of agent construction in great degree.This paper mainly has introduced literature review on t risk management of agent construction management based on general theoretical framework about "project risk management" and analytical tools, then analyzed the the risks of agent construction project in the sides of environment system, project participants and the process of project management, so as to find the risks root of the agent construction management. On the basis of risk analysis, countermeasurers of risk managemnt on agent construction management are proposed, including standardizing and improving the management of the agent construction management, definituding the duties of the owner of the project, cultivating management company of the agent construction project, improving the management of the biding, and enhancing inspiration system for agent construction sector so that decreasing moral risk. A case study on Chifeng Bridge agent construction project has been introduced on the basis of risk analysis method and the countermeasures to illustrate the application of them, also validated the scientificness and applicability of the countermeasures. Finally, research conclusions have been summarized, the future study has been proposed, and aslo anticipated the application foreground of the paper.
