Abstract


Digital publishing is a kind of the publishing industry along with the rapid development of the Internet. In last few years, its development speed is quite breathtaking. Digital publishing is recognized as the direction of development of the twenty-first Century publishing industry. With the international financial crisis continues to spread, Chinese publishing industry will be more attention to digital publishing, this comes from the potential of the digital publishing itself, on the other hand, from the highly valued and policy support of the state in developing of digital publishing. In addition, compared traditional publishing, digital publishing has great advantages and good prospect due to its inborn trait.China Agriculture Press as the window for "3 farming", its main aim is "3 farming". In recent years, the press accelerates the process of informatization, and gradually becomes an open service integration center of the information resource, perfect the service ability and level for them. The press accurately and effectively presented in agricultural science and technology, policy and other aspects of the library information for the farmer, cadre of rural basic level and agricultural technical personnel, guided them in reading books and understanding of policy. That is helpful for increasing farmer’s cultural quality, and conducive to the implementation of policies and promote the work implement, for China’s Agricultural Library and information service provides "easy access". It was this aim, we should not only develop the traditional publishing, but also to keep pace with the times, gradually go out for Chinese agriculture press their way to digitalization, digital press will help better, more efficient service to agriculture businThe thesis consists of six parts, the first part of the introduction, mainly on the research background, purpose, significance, analyzes the domestic and foreign digital development. The second part of China Agricultural Press digital publishing situation, first introduced in China agriculture publishing house business, with the introduction of Chinese agriculture press digital publishing status. The third part of China Agricultural Press digital publishing issues, mainly analyzes and summarizes China Agriculture Press digital publishing problems. The fourth part digital operating profit pattern analysis; the fifth part of China Agriculture Press digital development countermeasure, proposal, through the foundation work forward Chinese agriculture press digital publishing development countermeasure and the suggestion, to identify suitable for China agriculture press their own digital road. The sixth part is conclusion and prospect. This article aims to analyze the domestic and foreign digital publishing situation and China Agriculture Press digital publishing status at the same time, find out the obstacle agriculture press digital publishing problems, and finally puts forward feasible agriculture press digital publishing development countermeasure and proposal, to achieve the optimal allocation of resource, and fundamentally improve the efficiency and benefit of digital publishing press.
