Abstract


Gradually expanding the size of the cities,large cities gradually expanded outwards to form a large group of cities is the inevitable result of urbanization,as well as today’s the inevitable result of urban construction.Big cities and the construction of the degree of ownership has become a country or region to measure the level of economic development one of the important benchmark.Major cities in the development of accelerated urban development in China,for as the leading Chinese cities-Beijing,have a vital role,it can promote economic growth,the concentration of resources to play a variety of advantages.However,in the process of urban development,there will be inevitable traffic congestion,population expansion,such as "urban disease." These problems can not be ignored,so if in the economic development,accompanied by economic development to solve emerging social problems,it can give full play to the big cities in the course of economic development of the leading role.Practice has proved that the construction and development of satellite towns on the development of large cities can not be ignored and to a certain extent can effectively address a variety of urban problems:the structure of satellite industrial system optimization,upgrade,carrying the over-concentrated in the urban centers of the industrial zone,this can be solved over-concentration of industrial cities,and urban industrial land in the issue of tension;satellite housing can attract a lot of work in the city’s residents to move to satellite towns to live,and promote the process of suburbanization to address urban expansion;At the same time,satellite in its own development,but also led the development of the surrounding small towns, the urbanization process for bringing new ideas and space.Of the leader in the Chinese cities of Beijing,the role of satellite can not be neglected,the construction of satellite towns has accelerated the urbanization process in Beijing and at the same time urbanization has brought new driving and space to the city of Beijing is no longer simply in pursuit of the expansion of urban area.The process of urbanization in Beijing for more than a decade of time has made notable achievements in comparison:Connection road network between the satellite towns and the central city,as well as between the satellite towns has formed and perfected gradually.Residents living standard had been improved gradually,satellite got bigger, step by step,strengthen urban appeal also.However,Beijing’s satellite-building there are still many problems.For example:the development of pillar industries satellite immature,low levels of infrastructure construction,public utilities,in particular,the imperfect development of public transport,as well as the lack of accurate self-positioning satellite made in the promotion of urban development, stimulate the economy around,share the central city functions did not play out as they should.Therefore,the analysis of satellite development of Beijing,a satellite city to find the problems and come up with effective improvement measures,and better building to become a top priority satellite.This article is divided into three parts.Introduction on the background of this thesis writing and research purposes.The first chapter introduces the theory of urban development,as well as the conditions and the rise of satellite constructions,and focus on a few more representative of the satellite building,and to analyze the successful experience that given to Beijing.The second Chapter is about the policy planning of satellite building of the Beijing,introduced the satellite in the development of Beijing,and an analysis of satellite-building process in the presence of a range of issues,as well as the causes of these problems.ChapterⅢ,in view of the issues raised in ChapterⅡ,combined with the actual situation in the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,the conclusions of this paper is a summary and outlook.
