Abstract


Since late 1900s,with the fast development of economic globalization,the international industrial transfer shows many new trends and characteristics.As a form of transnational investment,these new trends and characteristics have extensive and profound effects on both investing and invested countries,and even on the whole world. Therefore,the scientific research and evaluation of acceptance of international industrial transfer for some country or district is the reference for investors making right investing decisions and for investment acceptant optimizing their investment environment.Jiangsu province is a developed region in China.It’s also one of main international industrial transfer receiver,but it has many problems on the distribution of regions and industry,the level of technology,and the competition with other provinces around.So we should base on the analysis of the tendency and characteristic of international industrial transfer,and the ability to absorb it,to draft the strategy to absorb international industrial transfer,change the environment of investment,and promote the industry.This dissertation is mainly to undertake the theoretical and empirical research on the acceptance of international industrial transfer of Jiangsu province,and to analyze and evaluate the ability of Jiangsu province to absorb international industrial transfer.In order to get a breakthrough on system analyzing and method using,in the course of research,principle component analysis method has been used for the factors of the acceptance of international industrial transfer of Jiangsu province,and by virtue of Statistical analysis tools is in order to improve profundity and precision.Finally,this article has made some suggestions for Jiangsu province to enhance the capability of absorbing the international industrial transfer,and to promote Jiangsu province to undertake international industrial transfer further.
