Abstract

With the development of the living standard, people also improve their demand to automobile step by step. Most consumers often depend on the geist judgement when buying vehicle , lacking for sense gist and entirely scientific analysis method, and part firms also mislead consumer in the geist lay. Therefore, it is very meaningful to enterprises and consumers that the evaluation system of saloon car product. From the vehicle enterprise’s angle appraisal new car, they may understand the market demand and the customer degree of satisfaction, thus can adjust their production goal according to the demand, and improve the technical specification of the new car from contradictory angle. The consumers can obtain the instruction, whose purchasing behavior have more sense. Therefore, it is urgent to establish the evaluation system of saloon car product. But how to determine the target and the target gain method are suspended in front of the enterprise and the consumers, as well as appraising this system’s validity, causing it to match the enterprise, making it to become the practical the evaluation system of saloon car product.This paper analyses and studies the evaluation target system of saloon car product based on the domestic and foreign related evaluation study theory achievement. And it has established the saloon car product quality synthetic evaluation system, and had understood thoroughly the present domestic and foreign some main assessment method. Then the paper analyses and evaluates this system, which proves its use value.This paper has summarized the evaluations about the performances of the car products, analyzed the evaluating indexes about the car products, and on that basis, has also researched on the technical service quality and the functional service quality of the car products, evaluated the car products from the subjective and the objective aspects, and has build a comparatively mature synthetic evaluating index system of car products, and thereby, layed the foundation for the efficiency research about the synthetic evaluating system of the car products. After we get the indexes, went into the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and has used the AHP to ensure the weight of the indexes, and then has researched on the theories and the algorithms of the data validation analysis systematically. On the basis of the car products synthetic evaluating system which has been build, analyzed the efficiency of the data, and in turn improve the practicality of the car products synthetic evaluating system; used the multilevel vague validation evaluating method and the expert meeting evaluating method to evaluate the efficiency of the car products synthetic evaluating system. Concretely, this contains to establish the validation evaluating system and to choose the evaluating method; carry out the demonstration research about the synthetic evaluation of the car products, build a model, and make a calculation on the index weight and the efficiency evaluation in this model, to show that this method has a high practical value; at last, has developed the useful car products synthetic evaluating information disposal system for our country.
