Abstract


As the global popularization of the Internet during 1990’s,E-commerce had also developed fast unprecedented,which is an information-based and network-based product.There was an E-commerce boom all over the world.With the rapid development of information technology,E-commerce has taken a great influence on global economies,changing the traditional economic structure,as well as the traditional economic operating method and growing mode.At the same time,E-commerce has brought great changes to the traditional logistics industry gradually.Specifically,not only more and more logistics enterprises exchange supply and demand information on logistics e-commerce platform,but also the logistics transacting pattern has changed significantly.This paper is one branch of the project named "Research on Ningbo Online Logistics Market",and it is the main part of the research on the operating mechanism of the online logistics market.The paper summed up the history of E-commerce firstly, and specifically analyzed its impact on the development of logistics industry,then put the focus on the innovation of the logistics transacting pattern in the following chapters. Secondly,the paper introduced the development of logistics E-commerce among domestic and international logistics industries,specifically presented the functions of U.S.National Transport Exchange and Chinese logistics E-commerce platforms. Thirdly,according to the experience of domestic and international logistics E-commerce platforms and the situation of Ningbo logistics industry,the paper established the operating mechanism of the Ningbo online logistics market,especially designed the processes of the E-transactions,then simulated them.Fourthly,in accordance with the development of the online logistics market,the paper did the further research on a new type of transacting pattern- online logistic service auction for the online market,by the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods as well as some examples.Lastly, the article made several recommendations to Ningbo online logistics market for sustainable development.This paper took use of the experience of domestic and international logistics E-commerce platforms to establish the operating mechanism and online logistic service auction for Ningbo online logistics market,and it applied the theory of combinatorial auction to the practice of logistic service auction.Above all,the paper is an innovating research on the intangible product auction,especially on the logistic service auction.
