Abstract


This paper takes two petrochemical equipments transport of awkward cargoes sheft to 700 ton and 500 ton of a good-sized petrochemical item as the object.First,this paper introduces the notion of project logistics.Second,the mode,technique and process of transportation of project logistics are analyzed.Also,the thesis introduces the fundamental transportation scheme in terms of the demand of equipment,the design rule.At last,this paper introduces the organization framework and process to ensure equipments to arrive in the destination on time and safely.As the process of our country’s modernization and market economy are developing more and more quickly,the number and size of good-sized items new established and extended by energy sources,chemical and other industries are ceaselessly increasing. The demand of project logistics is increasing and the role of it becomes more important. This research can offer precious experience for the design and implement of awkward cargo’s transport scheme that the good-sized engineering item in our country is facing.
