Abstract


This article main research manufacture enterprise DT Corporation supply chain risk management. The supply chain management is the effective method to improve manufacturing industry operation ability, from raw material purchase, the production, sells to the allocation, through the physical distribution, the fund class, the commercial interchange, the information flow links a dynamic network supplier’s supplier customer. Along with the unceasing expansion development, the multi-partner participation, the product lifecycle reduction, supply chain structure to be more and more complex, causes the supply chain risk to become extremely prominent. Refers to beforehand literature supply chain risk management mainly is supply chain risk classification, the recognition, the appraisal, very little involves to the specific profession supply chain risk research. According to the actual investigation and study discovery product lifecycle reduction to have certain risk to supply chain. Therefore this article proposed based on the product lifecycle supply chain risk management.In this paper, firstly I collate the relevant supply chain risk management theoretical research, unifies to the DT Corporation’s supply chain risk management existence insufficiency and characteristic, based on the product lifecycle from the economic environment risk, the resources supply risk, the production operation, the product sale risk, Cooperation outsourcing risk, the information factor risk, the international trade risk seven aspects has carried on the risk factor analysis and has established the DT Corporation risk target system. Again has established using the improvement analytic hierarchy process based on the fuzzy level supply chain risk assessment model, according to product lifecycle in this model found four cycles, the introduction period, growing, maturing and recession is in the different time according to the enterprise actual demand the product supply chain to carry on the supply chain risk assessment. Finally obtains the risk assessment result.In this paper, based on the specific risk of the supply chain to establish and evaluate the supply chain risk index system, even more pays great attention to the supply chain risk analysis foundation based on the different product lifecycle supply chain risk analysis.
