Abstract


Scientific and rational evaluation of quality management in sewing workshops of garment enterprises has always been one of the important issues discussed by managers of enterprises and customers. On the one hand, garment enterprises should be acquitanted with the strength and potentiality of its sewing workshops in order that adjustment can be made and the productivity can be improved. On the other hand, customers need to know how to find the ideal enterprise in order that they can get the best products and service. Considering that the research about quality management in sewing workshops of garment enterprises in our country is a blank, to create a series of evaluation system which can be scientifically and completely applied to sewing workshops has become the urgency for garment enterprises and customers. Therefore, the objective and scientific evaluation of quality management in sewing workshops can be achieved.Through the survey on enterprises and the ISO9000 quality system, this paper points out the indicators in the evaluation system of quality management in sewing workshops, then by employing the method of AHP lists out the distribution of weight of each indicator, and by using the method of grey statistics evaluation establishes the fuzzy matrix for indicators. In addition, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, the comprehensive evaluation model of the evaluation system is established; and based on the case analysis, the superiority, feasibility and practicality of this evaluation method is analyzed and proved. The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1) The evaluation system of quality management in sewing workshops which is composed of two tiers is established. The first-tier indicators are: quality assurance, quality management and quality audit. The second tier is composed of 13 indicators. These indicators can make the evaluation system more scientific, systematic and rational.(2) Based on the establishment of evaluation system, the weight of each indicator is more scientifically and rationally determined.(3) Based on the weight of each indicator, the evaluation model of quality management in sewing workshops is presented; and based on the case analysis, the superiority, feasibility and practicality of this evaluation method is analyzed and proved.
