Abstract


With the accelerated process of urbanization, the world's population of high-speed growth, greatly improving the social productive forces, humans began large-scale development and utilization of oil, coal, natural gas and other energy and mineral resources, to the natural world emissions of pollutants in the atmosphere of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse increased gas content, global warming and sea level rise; various human activities to varying degrees, alteration and destruction of their original living environment, had a significant impact on regional environmental change, this effect is in the range of medium and small-scale within the delivery and expansion problems of global change through the region to be reflected. It can be said that the regional environmental change is a microcosm of global change, is one of the basic object of global change research. Disturbance of human activities on the regional environment due to urbanization gradually strengthen, obvious changes caused by the regional environment - climate, land surface conditions. Urbanization development in Dalian in northern China, especially in the Northeast, an important city, has a profound impact on its environment. Given this impact of the instability and complexity, the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis, surveys and other methods to study the changes and the impact of the environment in Dalian urbanization. First, based on the characteristics of Dalian urbanization, focusing on analysis of the Dalian City relationship with temperature, study environmental changes Dalian urbanization; Secondly, the use of the correlation analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for urban construction project environmental impact assessment; for the full Dalian City, the feelings and needs of the residents of the urban environment, from city main \allow residents to give their assessment of the form of the questionnaire, the evaluation results of the statistical analysis and quantified data, drawn occupants. The study showed that: Dalian City from 1992 to 2006, the average annual temperature changes the overall upward trend and volatility urbanization urban population, urban society, the level of economic development and changes in urban surface properties affect temperatures leading factor; development of real estate construction projects in the city of Dalian in the urban environment \the artificial environment lowest score.
