Abstract


In November,2003 China Power Company promulgated a file called“criteria for managing aerial power transmitting lines”(tryout) and“the suggestion about utilizing condition maintenance regularly”.According to the criteria,Beijing Power Company started to research the subject.In this paper,firstly it talks about how to utilize the current available resources to find ways of how to perform condition maintenance for power transmitting lines in practice uses.Then it introduces the condition monitor system which helps to stop breaking out transmitting lines.In the last part of this paper,it also talks about the structure and function of the system of condition maintenance for power transmitting lines.
