Abstract

General on the monolithic concrete, the destruction of the birthplace of aggregate and paste are at the interface between the transition zone. And, if looked upon old concrete as an infinitely great rubble aggregate, then the old and the new interface for the new-old concrete after the concrete repair the weak links. Therefore, if we can resolve new-old concrete interfacial bond question on the "white + white" Ultra-Thin Whitetopping repair technology is of great significance. For a comprehensive and systematic study to understand the new-old concrete interface bond performance, the interface of old and new concrete to improve bond strength study in order to obtain a suitable practical engineering technology. Main research contents are as follows:①Analysis of the current evaluation of several commonly used methods of roughness, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method is reviewed; have come up with a simple method of measuring roughness.②Analysis currently used in several of the old concrete surface treatment methods, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method is reviewed for shooting high-pressure water treatment and artificial hair cutting deal with the bonding performance comparison and reach a conclusion.③Study on the new-old concrete interface agents, interface agents mortar modified formula of the old and the new concrete bond strength of the impact of various factors through the test to be the best parameters and the impact of the laws. Preparation of a suitable thin white overlay interface agents and modified mortar interface agent.④The use of modified mortar pavement test sections of the interface agent, the certification test to obtain the best modified mortar mix, and "white + white" Ultra-Thin Whitetopping overlay construction technology research.
