Abstract


At present, It is the significant period that our country reforms. With the economic transition, there are many problems in our old urban planning system,.One is the method of urban development order. The orther is the scope of planning .In order to solve these problems,the author tries out to put forward the" Sensitivity of Urban Construction Land", and establish a preliminary approach of "Sensitivity Assessment of Urban Construction Land"."Sensitivity of Urban Construction Land" refers to the sensitivity extent which is the urban construction land reflects the to exploder, when the land influences by outside condition .It is the imminence that urban planning should manage urban." Sensitivity Assessment of Urban Construction Land" is the process which assesses the sensitivity of Construction Land.The result of "Sensitivity Assessment of Urban Construction Land", which is the basis of urban planning and urban Construction and management for government. It is also a report which can be used to manage Construction Land and ensure the order of planning.
