The development of China’s Chemical Industry has long-term significance of reality to utilize the rich coal resources,to complement domestic oil and gas resources and to meet the demand for chemical products,the protection of energy security and promote sustainable economic development.In particular,the new chemical industry in China is facing new development opportunities and long-term prospects.The future of chemical industry in China is broad-scale,large-scale,integrated,and being the base.Meanwhile,the formulation of national industrial policy not only raised the access threshold to the chemical industry project,but also made a higher-level requirement to the general layout of the chemical industry project.This article is as a starting point for research.This article focused on the chemical industry enterprise’s general layout and plan optimization.according to the produce characteristic of chemical industry enterprise, has analyzed the primary influence factor on general layout in chemical industry enterprise,introduced the chemical industry enterprise’s general layout function district and the main system facility arrangement request.This paper utilized three-demarcation method based on AHP theory in the general layout plan optimization of chemical industry enterprise through establishing the general layout’s target appraisal system,and using specifical plan example of large-scale chemical industry enterprise’s general layout,unifying the theory and the practice,optimized the most valuable plan.it has certain practice guiding sense.
