Abstract

In this study the first test of Desert Center, Chinese Academy of Forestry and Shuitong village, Populus euphratica Oliver rhizosphere as research object, the root of Populus euphratica Oliver secretion and rhizosphere soil enzyme activity of proven.Using GC-MS combination instrument root secretion of qualitative, quantitative analysis By sodium phosphate of nitrobenzene - two colorimetric method, 5-bis nitro salicylic acid, potassium permanganate titration colorimetric method, phenol - sodium hypochlorite colorimetry were phosphatase activity, amylase activity of catalase activity and urease. Through the field and laboratory contrast material research obtains the following conclusis:1 Populus euphratica root secretion of silane mainly includes, ketone, alcohols, aldehydes, acids, esters, amides and phenols, but the relative content and specific components for different age and depth.2 Acidic phosphatase activity in different depth in general have surface to deep gradually reduce the rule, in different depth, the surface is highest, enzyme activity, 40~50cm minimum. 20 years above 10 years.3 At different depths of alkaline phosphatase activity in general have surface to deep gradually reduce the rule, in different depth, the surface is highest, enzyme activity, 40~50cm minimum. 20 years above 10 years.4 Urease activity in different depth in general have surface to deep gradually reduce the rule, in different depth of enzyme activity, surface, 40~50cm minimum. 20 years above 10 years.5 At different depth in amylase actiity in general have surface to deep gradually reduce the rule, in different depth, the surface is highest, enzyme activity, 40~50cm minimum. 20 years above 10 years.6 Catalase in different depth in general have surface to deep gradually reduce the rule, in different depth, the surface is highest, enzyme activity, 40~50cm minimum. 20 years above 10 years.
