Abstract


The army reserve is importance constitute part of the national defense and troops constuct, The comprehensive analysis and quantitative evaluation of the Rapid Mobilization Ability has always been an important aspect of operational studies. Centering around the army reserve, this dissertation makes a theoretical and practical study of the following:1.The study of the troop evaluation has been going on for decades and has produced many different research methods. The dissertation sums up the studies in this field and describes some methods. It also makes an analysis and comparison of the characteristics of the main evaluation methods themselves and the characteristics of evaluation methods in the course of their historical development.2.In connection with the evaluation of specific operational capabilities, it proposes that simulation-based methods be used to evaluate the Mobilization Ability Rapid of army reserve and establishes the basic architectural framework for evaluating the operational capabilities of armed forces.3.This text combines the solid example of army reserve construction and carries on first step analysis to the analyzing result towards quickly mobilizing an ability construction valuation method to carry on analysis and research according to"G1 method", combining, and aimed at army reserve to quickly mobilize ability construction to put forward a counter plan suggestion.
