Abstract


Tianjin bus advertising management information system is a management information system that base on internet technology. It is developed according to the request of actual management processing of Tianjin bus advertising Co., Ltd. Purpose of this system is to increase working efficiency, by controlling of information exchange and database, it has reduced much of manual operation and paper works, thus the system also saved running cost for the company.In the meantime, the bus advertising management information system provides a way of communication between different parties, such as negotiation between bus advertising company and partner media companies, information exchange between departments inside bus advertising company, as well as the control from bus group to bus advertising company. With the development of modern computer technology, the management information system has established a complete science system which combines different technology and becomes an essential part of modern computer applications.As for the design and operation of Tianjin bus advertising management information system, we used B/S (browser/server) 3 layers structure, and developed base on ASP.NET and C# language. The system is running on Windows 2003 Server Datacenter server platform. Database management platform is SQL Server 2005. Customer terminal browser is beyond Internet Explorer 6.0.This thesis mainly researches the design and operation of the management information system based on B/S structure. Also it describes the function of each section, including system request, operation and controlling of each different parts. The management information system designed in this thesis is sufficiently for daily works of Tianjin Bus Advertisement Company. Furthermore, it provides a convenience and efficiency management tool for documents transferring, sample approval and bus station board management. It has been well accepted by stuffs of the company. And the management system also wined honor for Tianjin bus advertisement Co, Ltd. from the industry in China. Also it supports Tianjin bus advertisement Co, Ltd stand from the market competition and for future development.
