Abstract


The purpose of premature rupture of membranes (premature rupture of memberane, PROM) is an obstetric diseases that seriously affect the safety and health of the mother and child . Factors that cause premature rupture of membranes and pathogenesis is not yet clear , some scholars proposed Ureaplasma urealyticum infection can greatly increase the incidence of premature rupture of membranes . Ureaplasma urealyticum can cause vaginal PH value and granulocytes increased . Neutrophils are a major part of the body 's defense system , phagocytosis, bactericidal function , one of the major effector cells of the non - specific reaction . The purpose of this experiment is to Ureaplasma urealyticum infection , the neutrophil ratio correlation exists between the changes and premature rupture of membranes , to provide new ideas for early prevention of premature rupture of membranes . Methods from March 2008 to January 2009 , Shanxi Medical University First Clinical Affiliated Hospital of maternal hospital delivery of 78 cases , according to whether there is a premature rupture of membranes were divided into two groups : the PROM group 48 cases , normal control group 30 cases , two groups selected object in cervical secretions UU expression was detected by PCR , the comparison of the rate between the two groups with X ~ 2 test , P <0.05 for the difference was significant . Neutrophil ratio assay blood cells in the blood cells , data (?) ± s poor , said the groups were compared using t-test , P <0.05 , significant difference . SPSS11.5 statistical software for data analysis . Results in the results of the 78 cases of pregnant women in cervical secretions solution urealyticum positive in 46 cases , accounting for 58.9% . PROM group than the normal control group solution urealyticum positive rate was significantly higher , and its incidence is as high as 68.8% , higher than 43.3% , the difference was significant ( X to 2 = 4.93 , P <0.05 ): fetal membranes the neutrophil ratio without premature rupture group than in the control group was significantly higher , the difference was not significant ( t = 0.68 , P = 0.50 ) , not statistically significant. Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum infection and premature rupture of membranes between correlation is one of the important reasons for premature rupture of membranes ; no significant correlation between the neutrophil ratio premature rupture of membranes in this experiment , is not yet listed indicators is a judgment for the prevention of premature rupture of membranes .
