Abstract


Objective: To investigate the risk factors of preterm birth , childbirth and gestational age timely detection and treatment of pregnancy complications , complications , and to avoid or delay the occurrence of preterm birth , through prenatal care , reducing the mortality rate of premature children . Materials and Methods : A retrospective analysis from January 2005 to December 2006 235 cases of premature birth, comparing therapeutic etiology of preterm birth and nature of preterm birth , gestational age , mode of delivery differences , explore the gestational age and neonatal weight complications , neonatal relationship between the death . Cases screened in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the sixth edition of premature Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology . Application SPSS12.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results: therapeutic preterm naturalness major cause of preterm labor and mode of delivery , the smaller the gestational age of the two types of preterm birth , the higher the morbidity and mortality of preterm children . Conclusion: The timely detection through prenatal care and treatment of complications of pregnancy complications , avoid or delay the occurrence of preterm delivery , select the appropriate gestational age and mode of delivery to reduce perinatal child mortality .
