Objective: To observe the fenestration postoperative effects of decompression in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis , and to explore the prognostic factors . : Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopaedic 2005.1 to 2007.12 due to degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis line lamina fenestration decompression therapy and complete follow-up data of 65 patients studied JOA evaluation standard evaluation after 1 efficacy , 3, 9 and 18 months . Results: The clinical application fenestration spinal decompression for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis , no serious complications , postoperative 1,3,9 , and 18 months later , the efficacy of the average improvement rate were 86.37 ± 8.54 % , 86.64 ± 8.33% , 86.88 ± 7.57% , 87.64 ± 7.07% , the excellent rate was 98.5% , the phases of the review of the upturn was no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : lamina fenestration decompression on the primary side of the spinal canal decompression fully , the spinal canal to expand significantly , small posterior structure destruction , to maintain the stability of the spine , with few complications . The surgical approach is more satisfied with the kind of surgical treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis efficacy .
