Abstract

Background: lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (LDVT) is a common peripheral vascular disease, its incidence accounts for about 40% of peripheral vascular disease, and showed an increasing trend, endanger people's health has become a common disease. Currently, the preliminary estimate of about 30 million our LDVT and sequelae patients. LDVT in the acute stage, if not timely diagnosis and treatment, some patients may be shedding caused by pulmonary embolism due to thrombosis, thus seriously threatening the lives of patients. Related literature, about 10 million people each year in the United States died of pulmonary embolism, In addition, the failure to timely treatment, most can not be spared chronic thrombus formation sequelae occur, resulting in patients with long-term pain of life and ability to work, serious disability . Thus, in a clinical study of LDVT early diagnosis and prompt treatment is very important significance. Objective: To investigate LDVT patients with platelet levels of CD62P, CD63 and PAF levels and differences of the healthy subjects and content changes before and after treatment. Method: Select LDVT patients and normal control subjects, and in accordance with the order of admission, patients LDVT randomly divided into a treatment group and the treatment group in ozagrel. Respectively, before treatment, after treatment, six days and 10 days after treatment collect samples of the LDVT peripheral blood of patients and normal controls, peripheral blood using flow cytometry (FCM) monoclonal antibody assay LDVT patients and normal control subjects CD62P, CD63 positive expression rate of application of ELISA double antibody sandwich ELISA detection PAF content of CD62P observed at different times after the drug intervention, changes in the rate of positive expression of CD63 in PAF content. Results: (1) LDVT patients CD62P, CD63-positive expression rate and PAF content were higher (P lt; 0.05). (2) ozagrel treatment group treatment and general treatment group 10 days after CD62P and CD63 positive expression rate of PAF content had a decreasing trend. (3) ozagrel treatment group treatment 10 days after CD62P and CD63 positive expression rate of general treatment group difference was statistically significant, the PAF content showed no significant difference. (4) 10 days after treatment in both groups, which ozagrel treatment of CD62P positive expression rate with normal control group showed no significant difference, but the positive expression of CD63 and PAF content than normal crowd high (P lt; 0.05); the General treatment group CD62P and CD63 positive expression rate of PAF content than in the high normal population (P lt; 0.05). The Conclusion: LDVT patients early in vivo platelet activation, fibrinolysis in a hyperactive state. Ozagrel can reduce the level of platelet activation, can effectively improve LDVT patients with remarkable efficiency. By detecting the changes of CD62P, CD63 LDVT patients with PAF, may provide new avenues for the LDVT oriented diagnosis and treatment. After discharge LDVT patients still the thrombosis risk populations, the need for regular follow-up.
