Objective: To understand the primary bile duct stones in patients with bile flora distribution and susceptibility of the pathogen . Explore the impact of primary bile duct stones bacterial culture positive rate . Method : Select the period January 2005 to December 2008 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University hospital primary bile duct stones parallel surgical patients bile samples for bacterial culture and sensitivity testing . Results: The duration of ≥ 10 years , history of biliary tract surgery , presence of bile duct inflammation and received antibiotic treatment in patients with bile culture was positive due to primary bile duct stones . 180 samples were culture positive results for the 148 cases , the positive rate was 82.2% , including 127 gram-negative bacteria ( 85.8 %) , Gram- positive bacteria , 20 ( 13.5% ) , a fungus ( 0.7 %). The major pathogens Escherichia coli ( 57.4 % ) and Klebsiella pneumoniae ( 14.9 % ) . Susceptibility results show that Gram-negative bacilli to piperacillin / tazobactam , cefoperazone / sulbactam , amikacin , meropenem and Thai sensitivity good resistance rate of less than 5% ; piperacillin , ciprofloxacin , levofloxacin and cotrimoxazole resistance rates of more than 70% , Gram- positive cocci, chloramphenicol , penicillin , ampicillin , vancomycin and teicoplanin low were highly resistant to ciprofloxacin , levofloxacin , erythromycin . Conclusion: ≥ 10 years duration , history of biliary tract surgery , inflammation of the bile duct exists because of primary bile duct stones received antibiotic treatment in patients with bile bacterial culture positive rate . Dominant biliary tract infection is still on the Gram-negative bacilli , their clinical antibiotic resistance increased significantly , and the rational use of antibiotics should be targeted .
