[ Objective] To summarize the clinical features of the Wenchuan earthquake evacuation of the wounded and open injury treatment strategies , and provide a reference for the earthquake injury treatment research . [ Method ] analyzed 100 cases admitted in our hospital May 22, 2008 Wenchuan earthquake evacuation of the wounded , collect relevant clinical data , analysis of the clinical characteristics of the patients , and observe the therapeutic effect of open injury . [Results ] injury the main reason for the heavy object crush injury in 78 patients ( 78.0% ) ; type of injury to fracture and 77 patients ( 77.0% ) , systemic soft tissue injuries and crush injuries in 13 cases ( 13.0% ) , limbs, pelvic fracture , 55 cases ( 55.0% ) , multiple fractures and 35 patients ( 35.0 %) , open fractures in 17 patients ( 17.0% ) ; associated with nerve injury in 6 cases ( 6.0% ) ; 28 cases of open wounds infection in 13 cases ( 46.4%) of the total open wounds . Treatment of open wounds , no postoperative infection and amputation wound infection effectively control the wound healed discharge , the fractures reached function reset . [Conclusion] our hospital 100 cases of the earthquake evacuation of the wounded , mainly orthopedic trauma , limb fractures injured lower extremity fractures than upper limb fractures , especially in the tibia and fibula fractures more ; open wounds to the high incidence of infection . Open wound after thorough debridement continuous negative pressure drainage , fractures take effective fixed rational use of antibiotics , and prevention of specific infections , and to take appropriate measures for specific situations can achieve good results .
